Return and Refund Policy

At House of Ristich, every fragrance is carefully prepared and packaged for each customer. Due to the cosmetic and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, all fragrance sprays, car diffusers, and other products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference

  • A scent not smelling as expected

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Fragrance is personal, and scent perception can vary from person to person. We encourage customers to review the product description, fragrance notes, and inspiration details before placing an order.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at houseofristich@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email houseofristich@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue was caused by our error or the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
